Dr Pizura is a really good doctor, who, despite being very busy cares, explores what might be behind the symptoms, and refers on when required. All this is undertaken with a good dose of common sense and good judgement, giving patients credit for having the ability to use whatever good sense and judgement they have. I feel as though I am involved in the decisions made for my health. All the staff try hard to help patients in spite of being a terribly busy surgery, sadly losing good promising doctors is still a difficulty here as in many practices.

Tilehurst Village Surgery is one of exemplary service. It is a cheerful place with a friendly, welcoming face, always. It is warm and attractive as a surgery. Its staff are cheerful, welcoming, polite and exceedingly helpful. No dreaded dragons here! Its surgery nurses are second to none. They are highly professional, knowledgeable, experienced, skilful and quite charming as well. It is always a pleasure to see the nurses no matter what the treatment. The overall confidence, efficiency and first class service of this practice is a model of NHS service at its VERY BEST. I am privileged to be a patient at this surgery.

I was struck by how clean , bright & welcoming the surgery is. The reception staff are helpful & look professional all wearing uniform. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The doctors are super & make you feel that you are safe in their hands. I have been a patient for many years & can say that in spite of ever growing pressure & demand, this practice just gets better and better ! I recommend it to everyone I know. Well done to the whole team. I know that you will look after me & give me the best possible care.

It is a great practise and everyone seems to be very helpful whenever they can be. The only issue I have is booking appointments. Sometimes it can be incredibly hard to get through, and by the time you have, all appointments are gone. But apart from this, a great practise, and one I feel very comfortable at.
